    • You have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction, no questions asked. This means you can request a refund without needing to provide any specific reason for the cancellation.
  • Scope of policy
    • This 14-day cancellation policy is strictly applicable to your first subscription purchase with Texturly. Subsequent automatic renewals of your subscription are not covered under this policy. If you are unhappy with your subscription you can cancel it any time.
    • You have processed a total of less than 20 textures in any resolution using Texturly
    • You have purchased the subscription in the last 14 days
    • You have not made use of the 14 days refund policy before
